12 oz Ronzoni Gluten Free® Penne Rigate
1 lb ground turkey
1 each onion, finely chopped
1 each celery, finely chopped
1 each carrot, finely chopped
4 each garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsps Italian seasoning blend
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup (14 1/2 oz.) crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup white wine
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1. Brown turkey with onion, celery, carrot, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in large, nonstick skillet set over medium heat.

2. Stir in the tomatoes and wine. Simmer, partially covered and stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.

3. Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse with warm water*. Spoon sauce over the penne. Garnish with parsley and serve with Parmesan cheese (if desired).
