12 oz Ronzoni Gluten Free® Rotini
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 each garlic cloves, minced
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 each boneless chicken breast, cubed
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 each yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 cup (10 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 cup (10 oz.) frozen peas

Cooking Directions:

1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with warm water* and set aside.

2. Meanwhile, blend paprika with sugar, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss with chicken to coat; set aside. Heat oil in a large, deep non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat. Add onion and peppers; sauté for 2 minutes.

3. Add chicken; sauté for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, breaking up with a spoon. Simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened. Stir in peas until heated through. Serve over hot cooked pasta.

*To ensure good taste and texture, it’s important to rinse Ronzoni Gluten Free® pasta with warm water after draining.
