12 oz Ronzoni® Healthy Harvest® Ancient Grains Thin Spaghetti
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
2 Tbsps sesame oil
2 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp fresh ginger root, grated
1 each red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 each green onions, sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, minced
2 tsps toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions.

2.  In a large wok or heavy skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.  Add chicken and stir fry until cooked through (about 6 minutes).

3.  Add sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger and bell pepper, stir fry 2 minutes.  Fold in green onions and cooked pasta.  Toss to coat.

4.  Serve topped with cilantro and sesame seeds.
