Ingredients:

12 oz Ronzoni® Healthy Harvest® Whole Grain Rotini
1 jar (12 oz.) roasted red peppers, sliced
4 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
1 cup Caesar salad dressing
  shredded Parmesan cheese, to taste
  freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  salt, to taste

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions.

2,  Heat a large saute pan with a light film of olive oil, toss in roasted red peppers and spinach; heat until warmed (about 1 minute).

3.  Add cooked pasta to saute pan; stir to mix well.  Add Caesar dressing, stirring frequently until heated through (approximately 3 to 5 minutes).

4.  Top pasta with Parmesan cheese, freshly ground black pepper and salt, if desired.

To serve cold:

Prepare pasta according to package directions. In a mixing bowl, toss pasta, Caesar dressing, roasted red peppers and spinach until evenly mixed.  Top pasta with desired amount of Parmesan cheese, freshly ground black pepper and salt.  Refrigerate and serve.
