12 oz Ronzoni® Smart Taste® Rotini
1 each garlic clove, minced
1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 each onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 can (14 oz.) tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 cup cooked and cubed chicken
1/2 cup water
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Tbsp ground black pepper

Cooking Directions:

1.  In a large skillet, cook garlic, zucchini, mushrooms, and onion in oil until tender, but not brown.

2.  Add remaining ingredients, except pasta; simmer 15 minutes.

3.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions.

4.  Serve chicken and vegetables over hot cooked pasta.
