2 Tbsps olive oil
1/2 cup onion, sliced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
1/2 tsp garlic powder
14 1/2 oz stewed tomatoes
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp sugar
12 oz Ronzoni® Smart Taste® Extra Wide Noodles

Cooking Directions:

1.  In a large skillet over medium heat; heat oil; add onion and peppers.  Cook 5 minutes or until tender; remove from skillet and set aside.

2.  Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder; cook in skillet until no longer pink.  Return onion and peppers to skillet.

3.  In a small bowl, stir together tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano and sugar; add to chicken and vegetable mixture.  Heat to boiling; reduce heat.  Cook, covered, 25 minutes or until chicken is done.

4.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

5.  Serve hot chicken mixture over cooked pasta.
