12 oz Ronzoni SuperGreens™ Rotini
2 cups green beans, trimmed, halved
2 Tbsps Dijon mustard
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh tarragon, finely chopped
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup red onion, diced

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions. Add green beans during last 4 minutes of cooking. Run under cold water and drain well.

2.  Whisk mustard with lemon juice, herbs, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper; while whisking, drizzle in olive oil until well blended.

3.  Toss pasta and beans with dressing mixture, tomato and red onion until well combined.
