12 oz Thick and Hearty Elbows
3 Tbsps butter
1 1/2 Tbsps rice flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Gouda cheese
  salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain, rinse with warm water* and set aside.

2.  Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add rice flour or cornstarch; cook 1 minute, stirring until smooth. Add milk, stirring frequently, until thickened. Add cheddar and Gouda; stir until smooth. 

3.  Add pasta to cheese mixture; season with salt and pepper.
