1 1/2 lbs ground beef
egg, beaten
2/3 cup gluten free bread crumbs, lightly chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp fresh oregano leaves
1/2 tsp fresh parsley leaves
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp coarse salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 jar (24 oz.) gluten free pasta sauce
12 oz Ronzoni Gluten Free® Thin Spaghetti
  grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  In medium bowl, combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan, herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper; shape into 1-1/2 inch balls. 

2.  In large non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat oil; brown meatballs, turning occasionally. Drain; add pasta sauce. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain, rinse with warm water* and set aside.

4.  Serve meatballs and sauce over hot pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

*To ensure good taste and texture, it’s important to rinse Ronzoni Gluten Free® pasta with warm water after draining.
