Ingredients:

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  salt, to taste
  ground black pepper, to taste
12 oz Ronzoni SuperGreens™ Rotini
1 Tbsp butter
garlic cloves, minced
2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1/3 cup basil pesto sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.    Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2.    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken on grill and cook thoroughly. Remove from grill and cover to keep warm.

3.    Prepare pasta according to package directions.

4.    Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter. Add garlic to pan and cook for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and basil to skillet and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.

5.    Thinly slice chicken and in a large bowl, toss chicken, pesto and sautéed tomatoes with hot pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese.
