Ingredients:

2 cups chicken broth
6 oz Ronzoni® 3 Minute Penne
garlic clove, minced
2 cups bite-sized mixed fresh vegetables, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, etc.
1 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

Bring broth to a boil. Add pasta, garlic and vegetables and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Not all liquid will be absorbed.

Add marinara and Parmesan cheese. Stir until pasta is well coated.
